How It Works
If you’d like to purchase any items, for example, items we don’t rent out, please place the order on linentablecloth.com. Rentals are now placed online at rental.linentablecloth.com.
Rental orders ship from our warehouse immediately after they're placed, so we recommend placing the order about 20 business days before your event. However, you are welcome to place the order anytime. If you don't already have an account, please create one now. You will need an account to follow your order and look up any history.
Our Rental prices are now lower than ever! Browse through our wide variety of "wow" linen options and put together stunning tablescapes at prices that are hard to believe! If you'd like some help, please chat or email one of our friendly rental representatives--we'd be happy to offer you suggestions to help make your dream event a reality.
Once you've found the items you'd like to rent and have added them to your cart, you're ready to proceed to Checkout. This is where you'll fill in your billing, shipping, and event date info. When the order is completed, you'll be sent a confirmation email with your rental order number.
Once you receive your rental order, please open the boxes and inspect your items immediately. If there are any problems, we'll need to know right away so that we can do our best to fix them.
After you've thrown your fabulous event, your rental must be post marked back in the mail within three business days of the event ending. Once the return is received, we’ll refund your security deposit.
Customers are required to pay for their own return shipping on rentals. If you'd like us to provide you with return shipping labels we can do so but it will come out of your security deposit.
If you'd like to use your own return shipping label you can ship the rental to the following address: 2982 Datsun Dr. Memphis, TN. 38116, Please make sure your order number is written on the outside of each box.
If an order is not return-shipped within three business days of your event ending, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. Please note, any damaged or missing linen will also be deducted from the deposit before the refund is issued. If you choose to keep the linen, we’ll just keep your deposit and call it even.
